With carpe diem as his mantra, Josef leads the AG Intellectual Property Group, which consists of AG Interactive, AG Properties (Outbound Licensing), and Inbound Licensing. These groups are responsible for leveraging the success of American Greetings’ licensed properties, expanding the offering of interactive products, and continuing to license the best brands for the company’s many different businesses. Prior to joining American Greetings, Josef was a founding partner of a New York interactive-consulting company, Integrity Marketing Group Limited, and was a National Sales Director of the jewelry manufacturer NDC International. He is a graduate of Yeshiva University and earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

"Think slow, act fast" is the business philosophy of David Ricanati, President of AGInteractive. David joined American Greetings in 2002 as vice president of marketing and product development and was responsible for all marketing activities for the $900 million everyday greeting card businesses. Prior to American Greetings, David held positions in the brand management organization at Quaker Oats, served as a consultant in McKinsey & Company's sales and marketing practice, and spent five years with a New York City-based interactive marketing services agency. David holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. An art enthusiast and passionate reader, David is on the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Cleveland.

A financial officer and a gentleman, Michael is responsible for managing all domestic and international operations for AG Interactive, AG Outbound Property Group, and AGC Entertainment investments. He also oversees AGI's business intelligence, analysis, and development and its strategic partnerships with such organizations as AOL Services, Netscape, Compuserve, Microsoft Network, Yahoo, and Warner Bros. Prior to joining AGI, Michael managed a $32-million venture capital fund as vice president of the Eagle Venture Fund, was a financial consultant for Ernst & Young, and worked as an economist for the Institute of International Finance, Inc. in Washington, D.C. Michael studied at the University of Konstanz in Germany, attended Stanford Business School's executive education program, and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).

Is orange the new black? What’s the next iPod? Who’s on Hollywood’s Hot List? These are just some of the questions Kathy asks every day as trend-watcher, trendsetter, and chief creative officer for AG Interactive. In addition to managing teams of writers, designers, and musicians in Cleveland, Los Angeles, and Europe, Kathy also functions as creative vice president for American Greetings, the corporation, and oversees new product development and corporate design projects. She has had numerous roles during her 20-plus years with the company, including managing creative studios for greeting cards, property development, and licensing. Kathy graduated summa cum laude with a BFA from Kent State University.

A nationally ranked fencer, Kathy has AG Interactive ready to take on all comers. She oversees product development, merchandising and marketing for a family of websites that reaches more than three million subscribers and unique visitors each month. Kathy brings a wealth of experience to her position in a number of different areas, including management, direct marketing and branding. Over her 18-year career, she has also worked for Office Max, Excellence Learning Corporation, Coldwater Creek, and Current. She received a BS in economics from Colorado State, and an MBA in finance from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

An everywoman and an independent spirit, Sally’s true gift is her well-rounded experiences and her knack for knowing just what the customer wants. As the new Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Photography, she oversees product management, marketing, business intelligence, and web development, as well as external vendor activity and customer service. She is also responsible for developing cross marketing acquisition programs with our other online properties and directing our photo initiatives at Carlton retail and mass retailers. Prior to her role with the Digital Photography group,Sally was SVP and General Manager of AmericanGreetings.com. Before joining American Greetings, she worked with HBO, Showtime, and MTV Networks at US Satellite Broadcasting. Sally received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University and her MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, majoring in Marketing and E-commerce.
